You can use the dashboard filter settings to modify all displays, evaluations and types of charts in the dashboard tabs. The settings are applied to all tabs in the dashboard.
Filter colour coding
You can make you own individual settings by clicking on the individual filter parameters. The colour coding indicates the status of the filter parameter, and informs you which field values are selected, which ones are possible as alternatives, or which ones cannot be selected.
The following table allows you to allocate the colours to what they indicate:
Colour | Meaning |
---|---|
Green | The filter parameter has been selected |
White | The filter parameter can be selected |
Light grey | The filter parameter can be selected as an alternative |
Dark grey | The filter parameter cannot be selected any more |
Filter settings
Filter settings can be made for the following parameters:

Currency | You can filter by all currencies used in your application. More information about the currency table can be found here. | |
Code | Filtering by paygate error codes gives you an overview of the failed transactions. The way the error codes are structured can be found here. | |
IP country of origin | Filtering by the IP of the country of origin gives you a geographic overview of where your transactions were carried out. An overview of the country codes can be found here. | |
Credit card country of origin | Filtering by the country of origin of the credit card gives you a geographic overview of where the credit card owners originate from. An overview of the country codes can be found here. | |
BIN | BIN stands for bank identification number. The BIN allows you to uniquely identify the card type, along with the country of origin and the issuing bank (issuer) of a credit card. |
Clearing filter settings
You can click on the button to reset all the current filter settings and deactivate the all parameters that were clicked on.

The button at the bottom allows you to jump to the corresponding page within the application. You must be logged in to jump to the corresponding page within the application.
