Dieses Formular gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit, unser System über den Status von Transaktionen zu informieren, z.B. wenn Chargebacks auftreten, damit wir erkennen können, welche gut und welche betrügerisch sind.

Transaktionen und damit verbundene Informationen können mithilfe von CSV-Dateien an

Spalten der CSV-Datei (erforderlich, sofern nicht als optional gekennzeichnet

This form is designed to give you the possibility to inform our system about the status of transactions for example if Chargeback occur. so that we can tell which ones are good and which are fraudulent.

Transactions and information related to them can be sent to Computop AI Protect using CSV files.

CSV file columns (required unless marked as optional):

• inquiry_reference – reference value sent to inquiry API, refnr or Trans ID whatever is passed in the Payment Request. Referenzwert, der an die Anfrage-API gesendet wird, Refnr oder TransID, was auch immer in der Zahlungsanforderung übergeben wird.
